WARRANTY POLICY

 

THE WARRANTY APPLIES TO PARTS THAT ARE DEEMED DEFECTIVE, AND WILL BE REPLACED, REFUNDED OR CREDITED AT THE SUPPLIER’S DISCRETION.

OEM NEW AND FACTORY RECO INJECTORS COME WITH 12 MONTH PARTS ONLY WARRANTY UNDER FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

1. GENUINE NEW FUEL FILTER FITTED WHEN INJECTORS INSTALLED.

2. OVERHEATING(INCLUDING BLOW-BY DAMAGE) NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.

3. FUEL CONTAMINATION CAUSED DAMAGE NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY

4. DURING A CLAIM, INJECTOR MUST BE SEND BACK TO TL RANGER DIESEL FOR ASSESSMENT AND VERIFICTATION ON DEFECT.

5. MODIFICATION OR ADJUSTING TO INJECTORS WILL AUTOMATICALLY VOID THE WARRANTY.

6. MISUSE OR INCORRECT FITMENT OF PRODUCT WILL VOID THE WARRANTY

7. INSTALLATION PROCEEDURE MUST BE FOLLOWED, OTHERWISE REGARDED AS VALIDATION OF WARRANTY

**REMOVE AND CLEAN RAIL BEFORE STARTING THE CAR. IF METAL OR PARTICAL CONTAMINATION PRESENT IN RAIL, MUST REPLACE PUMP. OTHERWISE INJECTOR DAMAGED IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.

**SEATING AREA REAMED AND CLEANED BEFORE INSTALLATION. BLOWBY CAUSED INJECTOR DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.

**FUEL SYSTEM COMPONENTS CLEAN FROM PARTICLE CONTAMINATION ( EXAMPLE DUST ON HIGH-PRESSURE PIPES OR RAIL OUTLETS AFTER EXPOSURE OVERNIGHT WITHOUT RE-CLEANING, CAUSING VALVE JAM UP FOR DELPHI INJETORS ).

NOTE WARRANTY PROVIDED APPLIES TO PARTS ONLY NOT LABOUR, TOWING OR OTHER REPAIR COST.

ADDITIONAL FOR DELPHI INJECTOR CUSTOMERS:

 

DELPHI INJECTOR INSTALLATION AND BLEEDING PROCEDURE:

!!! FAIL TO FOLLOW THIS PROCEDURE WILL CAUSE $440 IN TOTAL ON BUYER’S EXPENSIS TO REPAIR JAMMING UP OF VALVE AND IS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY !!!

** !!! DO NOT WASH THE ENGINE BAY AT ALL !!!**

 

PLEASE FOLLOW FOLLOWING PROCEDURE WHEN INSTALLING DELPHI INJECTORS:

1. UNPLUG INJECTOR SOLENOID

2. HIGH PRESSURE PIPE LOOSE

3. PRIME FUEL FILTER SOLID

4. CRANK THE CAR TILL FUEL COMING OUT FROM HIGH PRESSURE LINE. (EACH CRANK LAST FOR 5-7 SECONDS.)

5. TIGHTEN THE LINE WHICH HAS SOLID FUEL STREAM COMING OUT ONE BY ONE.

6. AFTER ALL AIR BLEED OUT, PLUG THE INJECTOR SOLENOID BACK

7. CRANK TILL CAR STARTS.

8. REV UP TO 3K RPM, FOR 5-10 SECONDS TO GET ALL AIR OUT OF SYSTEM. REPEAT PROCESS IF CAR SHAKNG OR MISFIRING.

9. AS LONG AS THE CAR REVS UP, DRIVE THE CAR TO FURTHER BLEED AIR OUT. UNTIL SYSTEM RUN SMOOTH.

CLAIM PROCEDURE

If a product is suspected to be faulty or defective, notify the supplier promptly at admin@tlrangerdiesel.com. Proof of purchase must be given with an explanation of issue with photo evidence (if available). An investigation will be carried out to determine the outcome.

Prior to claiming warranty, customer is recommended to contact TL RANGER DIESEL via phone line or email to discuss possible technical support issues.
